Abstract

The invention discloses a video opportunity transmission routing algorithm based on multi-user cooperative game, comprising: firstly synthesizing two factors of video data itself and the transmissionnetwork to establish an edge quality gain model of video data packets; secondly, considering multiple nodes that meet as a connected network, and modeling the process of data exchange there-between asa multi-user collaborative game process; and finally, making decisions for the replication or forwarding of each video data packet based on the optimal Nash solution of geometric space representation. The algorithm guarantees that the number of video packet backups in the network is the least when the video transmission quality is optimal. The simulation results based on the synthesized data setand the real data set show that the video transmission quality of the invention is 1-2dB higher than that of the similar algorithm, but that the average maximum packet backup number is only about 25%of the same algorithm. The algorithm is capable of not only maximizing the video transmission quality, but also reducing the average maximum backup number of the data packet, thereby minimizing the transmission overhead of the network.
