The invention discloses a regenerated heat protection self-adaption control method and device for a diesel engine DPF (diesel particulate filter). The method comprehensively considers factors influencing regeneration temperature rise. Under the condition that the regeneration function is not influenced, the optimized design of the regeneration target temperature is conducted so that the reasonableoil-injection quantity can be guaranteed; and meanwhile, the front feed fundamental oil quantity and the closed-loop control amendment oil quantity are reasonably limited. The device comprises a signal collection module, a front feed oil quantity demand module, a closed-loop control module, an instruction conversion module, an oil injection execution module and a self-adaption protecting module.By means of the regenerated heat protection self-adaption control method and device for the diesel engine DPF, the risk that a carrier is burnt to be cracked in the regeneration temperature rise process of the DPF is reduced; and the risk that the regeneration temperature is raised rapidly due to the excessively-high oil injection quantity, so that the DPF carrier is burnt to be cracked is prevented.
