The multifunctional seed sowing trolley comprises a soil preparation device, a sterilization device, a sow seeding and soil covering device, an irrigation device and a control device, wherein the soil preparation device is used for finishing the flatness of a land surface through a saw-tooth-shaped blade on a soil preparation rolling wheel and height adjustment of the soil preparation rolling wheel is realized through a first hoisting device; the sterilization device is used for sterilizing and disinfecting the finished land surface through an ultraviolet germicidal lamp arranged on the trolley; the sow seeding and soil covering device is used for controlling the discharging volume sizes of hoppers of of a left soil covering structure and a right seed sowing structure through the hoisting of a second hoisting device; the irrigation device is used for irrigating seeds which are sowed in a land.
