Abstract

The invention provides an air filter of a motorcycle, wherein the air filter can reduce an air inlet resistance of an engine and increases output of the engine. The air filter is provided with components of a housing body; a cover; a fixing component; a filter which is accommodated in an inner space that is divided by the housing body and the cover and divides the inner space into a dirty side anda clean side; and a ventilating cylinder which projects to the clean side and makes the air through the filter flow out of the clean side. The filter is provided with components of a filter element which filters the air that flows into the dirty side and makes the air flow out of the clean side; and a frame which supports the filter element on the housing body. The cover is provided with components of a fixed seat part which is provided with a hhole for inserting the fixing component and recesses to the inner side of the cover; and a pressing part which is configured at the clean side and projects from the cover and presses the frame from the housing body.
