Abstract

The invention discloses a breathable textile printing and dyeing process and a circulation system for same. The process includes: sealing the circulation space; through external force, generating pressure difference between the two sides of the breathable textile, wherein one side is under positive pressure whereas the other side is under negative pressure; in the direction vertical to the breathable textile, enabling a dye, or a dye-air mixture, to move, in a penetrating manner, from the positive pressure side to the negative pressure side at certain speed, so that when the dye-air mixture penetrates through the textile, the dye is adsorbed by the textile whereas air permeates the textile, thus achieving color fastness and the printing and dyeing of the textile. Because the dye moves in the direction vertical, or approximately vertical, to the textile at the certain speed and there is a pressure difference between the two sides of the breathable textile, the dye is free of diffusion,or may diffuse but is limited in an acceptable range, on the textile; thereby solving the problem of color bleeding during the printing and dyeing process.
