The switching valve is a hollow cavity; a first ventilating hole and a second ventilating hole are formed in the upper end of the cavity; a third ventilatinghole is formed between the first ventilating hole and the second ventilating hole; a fourth ventilating hole is formed in the lower end of a central control cavity; a first piston and a second pistonare arranged in the central control cavity and used for controlling air feeding and air exhausting of the first ventilating hole and the second ventilating hole correspondingly; and the first pistonand the second piston are connected with an actuating mechanism. According to the brand-new two-box-type RTO switching valve, an existing mode that four valves are mutually switched and matched is replaced with the valve and the actuator, thus the cost is saved, and meanwhile the failure rate is decreased.
