Abstract

The issue of the invention is to provide a vibration suppressing device which can protect an insulator device or two-arm telescopic type electrically conductive parts having large torque from being damaged even when big earthquake occurs, particularly a vibration suppressing device of a two-arm telescopic type disconnecting switch (1). The vibration suppressing device includes a two-arm telescopictype electrically conductive part (2), an insulator device (4) supporting the electrically conductive part, and three adjusting column bolt assemblies (15) used for adjusting the position of the insulator device in the height direction. Top ends of the three adjusting column bolt assemblies (15) are mounted on an adjusting plate (12) connected to the bottom end of the insulator device. Each of the three adjusting column bolt assemblies (15) is provided with a damping device (25) damping vibration. The damping devices (25) include ring springs (31) and disc springs (27) playing a role of applying an initial load on the ring springs.
