A heat source guided through a steam electric furnace and a cold source formed by well water and tap water are mixed in a water tank, by cooperating with a temperature sensing probe and a temperature controller and combining a related solenoid valve,the heat source and the cold source are started and stopped respectively, and the water tank temperature reaches the temperature needed by cultivation of different temperature type shiitake mushrooms; the water source with the proper temperature is guided into a water curtain through a water pump, a draught fan is used for blowing out to form the negative pressure effect, water vapour of a watercurtain is sucked into a mushroom house, then the temperature and humidity which are needed by the target temperature type shiitake mushroom cultivation are achieved, and then cultivation of the different temperature type shiitake mushrooms is achieved. Meanwhile, according to different temperatures that the temperature in summer and autumn is high, and the temperature in winter and spring is low,the water in and out ratio of the heat source and the cold source is correspondingly adjusted, the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse are kept at the proper temperature and humidity in the target fruiting stage of the target shiitake mushroom all the time, and then year-round cultivation of the shiitake mushroom greenhouse is achieved.
