In response to an emergency situation (120), individual braking control settings are centrally determined (230) for one or more vehicles (110) of the platoon (100) by a managing entity (110-3) managing the platoon (100). The individual braking control settings are communicated (240) from the managing entity (110-3) to the one or more vehicles (110) of the platoon (100).
