According to the static piling method, the steel sheet pile cofferdams are constructed under the limited clearance conditions at tidal influence waters; firstly, the clay cofferdams are filled for providing the construction platform; then, the trench is reversely excavated in a soil construction platform, and a static piling machine is placed in the trench for static pressure piling construction of the steel sheet piles; and the problem of inadequate clearance for construction of the steel sheet piles is solved, and the water tightness and integrality of the steel sheet piles are ensured.
