Abstract

The invention discloses a side core-pulling mechanism of a connecting rod spring. The mechanism comprises a first moving template, a second moving template, a third moving template, a fourth moving template and a fixed template which are sequentially arranged from left to right and further comprises a connecting rod assembly and a plastic part, wherein a spring screw assembly is arranged between the first moving template and the second moving template; two side core sliders for carrying out side core-pulling on the front and rear sides of the plastic part are arranged in the third moving template; the connecting rod assembly comprises a horizontally-arranged main connecting rod and two connecting rods; one end of the main connecting rod is fixed in the first moving template; one ends of the two connecting rods are respectively fixedly connected with the side core sliders; and the other ends of the two connecting rods are hinged on the other end of the main connecting rod. When a mold is opened, the spring pushes the first moving template to drive the main connecting rod to move to the left; the ends, which are hinged on the main connecting rod, of the connecting rods move to the left along with the main connecting rod; and the ends, which are connected with the side core sliders, of the connecting rods drive side cores to move to the front side and the rear side of the plasticpart, thereby completing the side core-pulling. The side core-pulling mechanism disclosed by the invention is simple in overall structure and low in cost and is capable of flexibly realizing side core-pulling and resetting.
