The connecting rods pass through the hollow plastic rods and holes in corners of the plastic plates, two ends of the connecting rods connect and fix the multiple layers of plastic plates together by using nuts, and the lower ends of the connecting rods are provided with the self-locking devices. The self-locking device uses a lever principle, the pivot is located at the lower end of the connecting rod, the upper end of the lever in the self-locking device can be sleeved with a ring, and the lower end of the lever is fixed with a rubber block. After the upper end of the lever is sleeved with the ring,the rubber block at the lower end of the lever grasps the ground, the extremely firm self-locking device is formed with the connecting rod, and if the locking device needs to be unlocked, the sleeve ring only needs to be pulled downwardly, and four connecting rods are provided with four self-locking devices.
