The vehicle-mounted tethered aircraft mounting device comprises a cabin body, a cabin cover, a flight platform, a lifting mechanism and an opening/closing mechanism, wherein the flightplatform is positioned in the cabin, and the lifting mechanism is connected with the flight platform for driving the flight platform to lift and land; the aircraft can be parked on the flight platform; the cabin cover is arranged on the cabin body; and the opening and closing mechanism is connected with the cabin cover for driving the cabin cover to open and close. The vehicle-mounted tethered aircraft mounting device is equipped with an aircraft storage cabin, and an elevating platform is arranged in the cabin to provide a platform for taking off, landing and staying of the aircraft.
