The application discloses a wire snare for use under a
digestive endoscope, which comprises a snaring device and an operating
assembly. The snaring device comprises a resin clamp, a spring, a connecting hole, a
metal wire and a baffle. The spring is installed on the resin clamp. The resin clamp is provided with the connecting hole for fixing the
metal wire. The end of the resin clamp is provided with the baffle. The operating
assembly comprises a snaring device base, a resin clamp operating rod, a resin clamp loose clamp rod, a resin clamp operating rod
handle and a
metal wire operating
handle. The device can make up for the shortage of the traditional snare. When the resin clamp is fixed to the intestinal wall mucosa, the other end of the metal wire is made to surround the
polypus bottom through the metal wire operating
handle. After being tightened, the metal wire connected with the resin clamp forms a
closed loop. In the case of power supply, the
polypus as large as possible or the
polypus with a more tricky position can be removed under the
endoscope. The device is convenient and fast, improves the operation efficiency and the safety of the operation of the patient.
