The disinfectant consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-1.0 percent of peroxyacetic acid, 2.0-5.0 percent of hydrogen peroxide, 0.1-0.5 percent of chlorhexidine hydrochloride, 0.01-0.05 percent of phenol, 1.0-5.0 percent of salicylic acid, 2.0-6.0 percent of trichloroisocyanuric acid and the rest of water. The colposcope cleaning disinfectant prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is colorless and transparent in appearance; the physical and chemical index performance is stable; during use, crystals, turbidity and precipitates are not generated; all physical and chemical indexes are stable. Compared with the prior art, the disinfectant has the advantages that the production cost is low, the preparation technology is simple, the technical conditions are easy to implement, and the product stability is high.
