Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic control device for optical tweezers. The device comprises an optical path system, a data acquiring system, a host computer and a communication control system. Therotation of a piezoelectric ceramic mirror PM can be precisely controlled by the host computer. The host computer changes the angle at which laser is reflected by controlling the rotation of the PM mirror, thereby precisely controlling the movement of one of optical traps. An actuator X is placed at the horizontal symmetry axis of a sample cell, and the actuator X is in contact with the left sideof the sample cell to drive the sample cell to move in the horizontal direction. An actuator Y is placed at the vertical symmetry axis of the sample cell, and the actuator Y is in contact with the upper side of the sample cell to drive the sample cell to move in the vertical direction. Three baffles are all provided with switches, and the host computer controls the opening and closing of the three baffles through the communication control system.
