The method comprises the steps of carrying out narrowband interference detection on an input signal, thereby obtaining a narrowband interference frequency; computing a narrowband interference prediction signal according to a current predicted weight value and the narrowband interference frequency; carrying out narrowband interference suppression on the input signal according to the narrowband interference prediction signal; and computing a next predicted weight value according to the narrowband interference prediction signal, the input signal, the current predicted weight value and the narrowband interference frequency, thereby recomputing thenarrowband interference prediction signal by taking the next predicted weight value as the current predicted weight value when next narrowband interference suppression is carried out. Only a frequencyof a narrowband interference source is detected in a frequency domain and notch processing and inverse FFT do not need to be carried out, so a spread spectrum signal is not damaged, and circuit realization is simple.
