The invention provides a magnetotelluric anisotropy collecting system, method and device. The system comprises a collecting station, electric field sensors, magnetic field sensors and a wireless datatransceiver; the collecting station comprises 4N electric field data collecting channels and 2N+1 magnetic field data collecting channels, wherein N is a positive integer larger than or equal to 2; each electric field data collecting channel is connected with an electric field sensor, and each magnetic field data collecting channel is connected with a magnetic field sensor; the electric field sensors and the magnetic field sensors are used for collecting electric signals and magnetic field signals in at least two directions of a target measuring point; and the wireless data transceiver is connected with the collecting station and used for transmitting the electric signals collected by the electric field sensors and the magnetic field signals collected by the magnetic field sensors to outside. According to an embodiment, the system can collect the electric signals and the magnetic field signals in the at least two directions at the same measuring point, so that the magnetotelluric anisotropy observation is realized, the magnetotelluric anisotropy collection cost is reduced, and the efficiency of magnetotelluric anisotropy collection is improved.
