The calibration method comprises the following steps: acquiring a base register value which controls radio frequency transmitting power of radio frequency points of the reader-writer to enable the RFID reader-writer, under the control of the register value, to transmit a radio frequency signalon each transmitting frequency point in a frequency band; comparing whether a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value in obtained power values is greater than a set difference or not;if not, judging that the flatness of the frequency band is qualified; if so, dividing the whole transmitting frequency band into N sub frequency bands, and performing the above steps in each sub frequency band till the flatness is qualified; and if the quality is stilled disqualified, increasing the value of N till N is equal to the total number of frequency points.
