AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows for easy deployment of rubbings at different sizes while reducing manual effort required compared to previous methods like handheld tools. It also includes features such as stopping rings when pushing off certain parts of the belt, allowing it to expand further beyond 50 mm before being separated again, making them easier to install than previously possible. Additionally, there's no need for complex mechanisms inside the apparatus itself due to their flexibility and reduced complexity. Overall, this new design improves upon existing systems but still maintains efficient use over time.

Problems solved by technology

This technical issue addressed in this patented text relates to improving baled produce with manual methods for attaching rubber bands or other means such as rings around their neckings. Existing solutions require users to use tools like hook-ups or screwdrivers while carrying them up and down stairs, making these operations tedious and reducing productivity.

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific examples.

[0018] see Figure 1 to Figure 5 As shown, the banana bagging device based on the fully compliant iris mechanism provided in this embodiment includes a hand-held rod 1, a fully compliant iris mechanism, an elastic push-out ring 2 and a rotating handle 4; the hand-held rod 1 is in a vertical state. Hollow round rod, its bottom hand-held end is provided with a button (not shown in the figure), is used to control rubber band push-out ring 2 to pop up; described fully compliant iris mechanism is made up of lower ring 5, upper ring 6 and flexible curved beam bearing structure The lower ring 5 is installed vertically on the top of the hand-held rod 1, forming a right-angle structure as a whole, and the outer peripheral side of the lower ring 5 is connected with the top shaft of the hand-held rod 1; the shape and size of the upper ring 6 is the same as that of the lower ring 5 Match...

Abstract

The invention discloses a banana bagging device based on a completely flexible iris mechanism. The device includes a holding rod, the completely flexible iris mechanism, a rubber band pushing ring anda rotary handle; the completely flexible iris mechanism is composed of an upper ring, a lower ring and a flexible curved beam bearing structure; the lower ring is mounted on the top of the holding rod, and the upper ring positioned on the lower ring is concentric to the lower ring and can rotate relative to the lower ring; the rotary handle is hinged to the upper ring and drives the upper ring torotate; the flexible curved beam bearing structure includes multiple flexible curved beam groups which are uniformly and circumferentially distributed around the lower ring or the upper ring, and rubber bands are expanded by all expansion columns of the flexible curved beam bearing structure; the rubber band pushing ring can contain the upper ring and the lower ring and is concentric to the upperand lower rings, a sliding guidance groove for the rotary handle to penetrate through is formed in the peripheral side face of the rubber band pushing ring, and a clamping position for fixing the rotary handle is formed at the lower ring. After a button on the holding rod is pressed down, the rubber band pushing ring can be ejected upward in a certain distance to push out the rubber bands. By means of the banana bagging device, the labor intensity of mounting the rubber bands can be lowered for farmers, and the working efficiency of bagging bananas can be improved.
