Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: acquiringa fault type of which the fault rate is larger than or equal to a first set value; determining to-be-updated parameters according to the fault type; and determining the regulation variable of the to-be-updated parameters according to the fault rate. In the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the fault type of which the fault rate is larger than or equal to the first set value is determined as a frequently occurring fault according to the fault report conditions, about the air conditioning system, of a plurality of users, and the parameters which result in the fault are determined as to-be-updated parameters; furthermore, the regulation variable of the to-be-updated parameters is determined according to the fault rate so that a developer can conveniently carry out uniform upgrading on the air conditioning system according to the regulation variable of the to-be-updated parameters, the quality of the air conditioning system is improved, more air conditioning systems of the users can be prevented from having faults due to same causes, and the user experience is improved.
