The invention provides a method for determining a pilot in a multiplexing scene, a base station and a terminal. The method for determining the pilot in the multiplexing scene comprises the following steps: detecting a time-frequency resource occupied by the URLLC service and the time-frequency resource occupied by the eMBB service; obtaining an antenna port used by the eMBB service when transmitting data when it is detected that the time-frequency resource occupied by the URLLC service overlaps with the time-frequency resource occupied by the eMBB service; and sending the URLLC service data through an preset antenna port in the antenna ports used by the eMBB service when transmitting data, wherein the antenna ports comprise the antenna port corresponding to a common pilot of a cell or theantenna port corresponding to the UE dedicated pilot, and the URLLC service and the eMBB service are from the same terminal.
