Disclosed are an organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof, which reduce the time taken until an image is displayed after a user turns on the organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device includes: a display panel including a plurality of data lines, a plurality of scan lines, and a plurality of pixels respectively arranged in a plurality of regions defined by intersections of the plurality of data lines and the plurality of scan lines a display panel driver configured to apply data voltages to the plurality of data lines and apply scan signals to the plurality of scan lines; and a control circuit board including a timing controller and a volatile memory, wherein the timing control The controller is configured to control an operation timing of the display panel driver, wherein the control circuit board supplies a first main driving voltage to the volatile memory when the organic light emitting display device is turned off.
