Abstract

A first conveying device is provided with a first weighing device for detecting the weight of ato-be-sprayed board. A second conveying device is provided with a second weighing device for detecting the weight of a sprayed board. An actual spraying amount is obtained through a difference between the weight value which is detected by the first weighing device and the weight value that is detected by the second weighing device. Then the difference between a preset spraying amount and the actual spraying amount is calculated. A controller monitors whether the difference exceeds a preset range, thereby finding nozzle blocking in time in a spraying process. Compared with a traditional mode of performing artificial monitoring on the nozzle blocking condition, the sprayer coater nozzle blocking testing equipment and the spraying system have advantages of effectively reducing man cost and greatly improving testing accuracy. Furthermore because opening of the spray coater for observation is not required, spray spreading is prevented, thereby facilitating environment protection.
