Abstract

The invention discloses a standing frame for a transformer coil, and belongs to the technical field of transformer production. The standing frame comprises a rotating part, a supporting part, a driving part and a limiting part, wherein a coil is placed on the rotating part; the supporting part supports the whole standing frame; the driving part drives the rotating part to rotate to complete a coilstanding process; and the limiting part is used for limiting a horizontal position and a vertical position of the rotating part in order to prevent accidental rotation of the rotating part. The rotating part comprises a bottom plate, side plates, a rotating shaft and a protecting plate. The driving part comprises arc-shaped racks, gears and belt pulleys, wherein the arc-shaped racks are fixed atthe bottom of the rotating part; each gear is arranged below the corresponding arc-shaped rack and is arranged right below the rotating shaft; and the gears are meshed with the arc-shaped racks. Eachbelt pulley is arranged on a shaft of the corresponding gear and is connected to a power source for providing power for the driving part. Vertical limiting blocks are arranged at a straight line segment and corners of the side plates; vertical fixed bolts are arranged on the positions corresponding to the vertical limiting blocks on a base; and the rotating part can be fixed in a vertical state byusing nuts.
