The invention relates to a photovoltaic cell module and a photovoltaic module. The photovoltaic cell module comprises a sensor unit, a controller and a cell piece array, wherein the input end of the sensor unit is connected with a first electrode of the cell piece array; the output end of the sensor unit is connected with the input end of the controller; the output end of the controller is connected with a second electrode of the cell piece array. According to the photovoltaic cell module and the photovoltaic module, the cell piece array is externally connected with an external circuit; the external circuit is mainly composed of the sensor unit and the controller which are connected in series with each other; the sensor unit is used for monitoring information such as heat effect of cell pieces in the corresponding cell piece array, releasing current signals when the cell pieces have abnormal situations and triggering the controller to achieve bypass of the cell piece array; the overallinfluence of the abnormal cell pieces on the photovoltaic module is reduced; the safety performance and the efficiency of the cells are improved.
