The dual-channel separating type based variable-working-condition dehumidifying system comprises a variable-capacity temperature-regulating dehumidifying system, and a fixed-capacity cooling dehumidifying system group, wherein the variable-capacity temperature-regulating dehumidifying system comprises a variable-capacity compressor; an inlet of the variable-capacity compressor is connected to an outlet of a first evaporator group; an outlet of the variable-capacity compressor is connected to an inlet of an air-cooling condenser; an outlet of the air-cooling condenser is connected to an inlet of the first evaporator group; a gas-liquid separator is arranged between the first evaporator group and the variable-capacity compressor; an outlet of the variable-capacity compressor is further connected with the water-cooling condensing system; the fixed-capacity cooling dehumidifying system group comprises a second evaporator group, wherein the first evaporator group and the second evaporator group are arranged side by side; and the second evaporator group is connected to a fixed-capacity cooling dehumidifying system. The dual-channel separating type based variable-working-condition dehumidifying system can realize a dual-channel separating technology, is suitable for variable-working-condition variable-air-volume operation needs; and the variable-capacity compressor is combined with the fixed-capacity compressor, so that energy output is regulated according to air inlet load changes, and therefore, dehumidifying needs are guaranteed, and energy-saving operation is realized.
