The invention discloses a dust removal
system constant air volume control method which is suitable for a dust removal
system comprising a local ventilator, a frequency converter, a dust remover and a dust suction air duct and is executed by an underground
intrinsic safety type controller. The method comprises the following steps: identifying and quantifying the main factor of
air volume attenuation in real time in each
control period, namely measuring the dust retention resistance loss
delta Q1 of a dust remover through a high-precision
differential pressure sensor, calculating the resistance increase
delta Q2 of an air duct based on a micro pitot tube array and a
Darcy formula, and evaluating the
voltage of a
power grid and the performance degradation
delta Q3 of a fan by utilizing a speed sensorless
vector control algorithm; an
active treatment strategy is independently executed aiming at each main cause, when delta Q1 exceeds 5% of a set
air volume, a self-cleaning
system is triggered, when delta Q2 exceeds 3%, a low-adhesion dust inhibitor is sprayed according to a
friction coefficient deviation proportion, and when delta Q3 exceeds 4%,
capacitance compensation or fan maintenance and replacement are started aiming at
voltage drop; and performing closed-
loop optimization on the threshold
after treatment. The method improves the
air volume stability, the dust removal efficiency and the energy
utilization rate, and is suitable for the underground high-dust environment.
