A main body of the device is a quartz glass container with a top opening;the quartz glass container is internally provided with a water outlet, a sealing ring and a push-pull rod; the water outlet is connected with a water discharging pipe provided with a valve; the push-pull rod is clamped through a clamp fixed at the bottom of the quartz glass container; the upper end of the push-pull rod is connected with a quartz glass column; a fuel liquid inlet is arranged at aside edge of the quartz glass container; the fuel liquid inlet is connected with a fuel liquid inlet pipe; the fuel liquid inlet pipe is provided with a valve, a flow controller, a pressure gauge, a pressure pump and a fuel box in sequence; a foam liquid inlet pipe and a high-speed camera are arranged at a top opening of the quartz glass container; the high-speed camera is connected with a computer and is fixed through a fixed iron frame; and the foam liquid inlet pipe is connected with the valve, the flow controller and a foam generator in sequence.
