Abstract

The invention discloses a detecting method of red-series coloring agents in medicinal materials. The detecting method comprises the following steps: (1) standard reagents of carmine, amaranth and erythrosine are taken to be added with ethyl alcohol of 60-80%, a first standard solution is prepared, standard reagents of acid red 73, new fuchsine, 808 scarlet, Sudan I and Sudan IV are taken to be added with ethyl alcohol, and a second standard solution is prepared; (2) 1 mL of the first standard solution and 1 mL of the second standard solution in the step (1) are taken to be diluted, and a composite standard solution is obtained; (3) the composite standard solution obtained in the step (2) is taken to be injected into a liquid chromatograph to be measured through the detection wavelength of500-520 nm; and (4) a to-be-detected sample is taken to be analyzed, and suspected peaks are re-checked through a ultraviolet-visible light chromatograph.
