Abstract

The present invention is a vehicle electricity storage device capable of maintaining proper backup of a main power supply. This vehicle electricity storage device comprises: an electricity storage circuit which allows the supply of stored electricity to a load; a main charge circuit which operates at least when an ignition switch is in an on state that enables an engine to start, and which supplies electricity from the main power supply to the electricity storage circuit; and a precharge circuit which operates at least when the operation of the main charge circuit is stopped on the basis of the off state of the ignition switch, and which supplies electricity from the main power supply to the electricity storage circuit.
