Problems solved by technology

[0002] Enamelled annealing treatment of enameled wire is an important link in the production process of enameled wire. Generally, in the process of enameled annealing enameled wire, the enameled wire is heated by multiple sets of electric heating products in the electric heating circuit, such as electric heating tubes. However, if Damage to one or more of the electric heating products will lead to abnormal product quality of the produced enameled wire
In the existing technology, it is detected whether there is damage to the electric heating product by detecting the temperature change, but when the temperature change is detected, the product quality of the enameled wire produced has been abnormal, and it is still unavoidable that the electric heating product is damaged. The product quality of the enameled wire is abnormal

Abstract

The invention provides a method for conducting fault detection on an electrothermal circuit. The method comprises the steps that a phase current of the electrothermal circuit is obtained, and a phasecurrent equilibrium value of the electrothermal circuit is calculated according to three phase currents; whether or not the phase current equilibrium value is less than a first threshold value is judged, and if the phase current equilibrium value is less than the first threshold value, the maximum current threshold value is set; whether or not the phase current is greater than the maximum currentthreshold value is judged, and if the phase current is greater than the maximum current threshold value, a fault signal is sent out. The invention further provides a computer device for implementing the method and a computer readable storage medium. The electrothermal circuit can be subjected to fault detection conveniently and effectively.
