The triglycidyl-isocyanurate-cured carboxyl-terminated saturated polyester resin is prepared by 30-45wt% of polyol, 43-55wt% of aromatic polyacid, 0.01-3wt% of branching agent, 8-18wt% of acidolysis agent, 0.03-0.15wt% of esterification catalyst, 0.01-2wt% of antioxidant and 0.01-1wt% of curing accelerator through melt polycondensation. The triglycidyl-isocyanurate-cured carboxyl-terminated saturated polyester is appropriate in glass-transition temperature and storage stability, simple in synthesizing process, low in cost and the like.
