The invention discloses a pre-signal control method of an intersection, comprising: the intersection of four roads, wherein a pre-signal indicator lamp, an intersection signal indicator lamp, a pre-signal stop line and an intersection stop line are arranged on each road; a dedicated annular bypass lane for left-turn traffic flow arranged in an intersection area; and a coordinated control method ofpre-signals and intersection signals suitable for the intersection setting scheme. When the traffic flow is about to reach the intersection, the arriving traffic flow is pre-organized via an upstreampre-signal, so that the left-turn traffic flow is separated from the traffic flow in other directions. Therefore, when the intersection signal light is converted into a green light, the left-turn traffic flow can be simultaneously released in four directions, the left-turn traffic flow of all roads enters the annular bypass lane at the same time and synchronously leaves the intersection through the corresponding exit lanes after anticlockwise bypassing for a period of time, the utilization rate of entrance lanes during the green light time of the intersection is greatly improved, and the traffic efficiency of the intersection is improved.
