Problems solved by technology

However, when 4 wires are wound in parallel, the transposition according to the traditional standard transposition method is incomplete transposition, and the wound winding will generate circulating current, which will increase the load loss of the transformer and increase the manufacturing cost of the transformer.

Embodiment Construction

[0016] A preferred embodiment will be given below, and the present invention will be described more clearly and completely in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0017] A method of transposition of four wires parallel to a continuous winding that realizes complete transposition. The winding is formed by superimposing 4n wire cakes, n is a positive integer, and each wire cake is wound by four wires in parallel; , the four conductors in the 2nth line cake are line 1, line 2, line 3 and line 4 from left to right; it also includes the following steps:

[0018] Step 1. The group transposition method is adopted between the 2nth wire cake and the 2n+1th wire cake; Lines 1, 4, 1 and 2.

[0019] Step 2. Use the standard transposition method between the 2n+1 and 2n+2 wire pies. After using the standard transposition method, the four wires in the 2n+2 wire pies are in order from left to right Line 2, Line 1, Line 4 and Line 3.

[0020] Step 3, from the 2n+2th wire cake to th...

Abstract

The invention discloses a four-conducting-wire parallel-wound continuous winding transposition method for realizing complete transposition. A winding is formed by 4n line cakes in a superposition manner; each line cake is formed by four conducting wires in a parallel winding manner; the four conducting wires in the 2nth line cake are the No.1 line, the No.2 line, the No.3 line and the No.4 line insequence from left to right; a grouping transposition method is adopted for the 2nth line cake and the 2n+1th line cake; a standard transposition method is adopted for the 2n+1th line cake and the 2n+2th line cake; from the 2n+2th line cake to the 4nth line cake, the standard transposition method in the step 2 is adopted for the adjacent line cakes; and, from the first line cake to the 2nth linecake, the standard transposition method in the step 2 is adopted for the adjacent line cakes. By means of the method, four-conducting-wire parallel-wound complete transposition is realized; therefore, the parallel winding conducting wires are same in length and induced leakage potential; no circulating current is between the parallel winding conducting wires; the load loss of a transformer is reduced; and thus, the manufacturing cost of the transformer is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of transformers, in particular to a transposition method for four wires parallel-wound continuous windings for realizing complete transposition. Background technique [0002] In the design of large-capacity oil-immersed transformer winding structure, continuous (including entangled continuous) winding is the most commonly used winding form. As we all know, the transposition of a continuous winding with one wire or two wires wound in parallel according to the traditional standard transposition method is a complete transposition without circulating current, which is the basic structural form of the continuous winding. However, when four wires are wound in parallel, the transposition according to the traditional standard transposition method is incomplete transposition, and the wound winding will generate circulating current, which will increase the load loss of the transformer and increase the manufacturing co...
