Abstract

The cream includes a water phase, an oil phase, a first low-temperature phase and a second low-temperature phase, wherein the first low-temperature phase contains the glycyrrhetinic acid. The preparing method comprises the steps of heatingthe water phase and the oil phase to 75-80 DEG C separately, conducting gradient homogenization to obtain an O/W emulsion, preprocessing the first low-temperature phase, dissolving or evenly dispersing the glycyrrhetinic acid with polyhydric alcohols, adding the mixture at 46-65 DEG C, and adding the second low-temperature phase at 42-45 DEG C. The cream containing the glycyrrhetinic acid is highin safety and good in effect, and can be used for nursing inflammation and then sensitive skin. By the adoption of the preparing method, the O/W emulsion obtained after gradient homogenization of thewater phase and the oil phase is smaller and more even in particle size, and is higher in stability after solidifying into plaster; the glycyrrhetinic acid is preprocessed, so that the glycyrrhetinicacid disperses more evenly and is capable of being effectively prevented from recrystallizing in the cream, and thus the cream can better work.
