The device has the beneficial effects that whether the neutron source returns back to the source storage tank successfully or not is judged according to the count change of the photoelectric photomultiplier assembly, through matching with the position tracking assembly, a judgment probability can be effectively improved, and a risk that personnel are irradiated accidently is reduced.
