The method comprises the steps of S1, inputting a color plane attribute graph, analyzing tone spectrum characteristics of the color plane attribute graph under HSV space, and generating a tone value-frequency histogram; S2, establishing a mapping relationship between tone values and attribute values according to the tone value-frequency histogram obtained in the S1; S3, computing each pixel tone value according to the color plane attribute graph input in the S1, and computing corresponding attribute values according to the mapping relationship between the tone values and the attribute values established in the S2; and S4, carrying out echoing through adoption of the same color mark according to the attribute values obtained in the S3, carrying out comparison with the original graph, and evaluating a color plane attribute graph digitization effect.
