The invention relates to a novel multifunctional railway warning lamp, which comprises a body, a display, a support rod and a bottom plate, wherein the transverse display is fixed at the lower end ofthe body; the support rod is fixed at the bottom of the display for supporting; a lower part machine shaft is fixed at the lower end of the support rod and is connected with a lower part motor; the lower part motor is fixed on the bottom plate; a green lamp and a red lamp are arranged at the front side of the body; a display screen is arranged at the front side of the display; an upper part motoris fixed at the bottom of the right end of the display; a speed measuring instrument is fixed on an upper part machine shaft of the upper part motor; a rightward distance measuring instrument is arranged at the right end of the top of the display; a camera is arranged at the right end of the bottom of the display; and a processor and a direction change device are arranged at the right end in the display. The device is provided with the camera which is used for workstation workers to check in real time; the rotatable display can drive the laser distance measuring instrument to accurately measure the train distance; the motor arranged at the right side of the display can drive the rotatable Doppler speed measuring instrument to accurately measure the train speed; the train arrival time and the train passing time can be conveniently and accurately measured; and the use is more convenient.
