Accordingto the invention, a road section is divided into three parts; road traffic information is sensed in real time by means of roadside units (Road side units, RSUs). The RSU evaluates the connectivity ofthe three parts of the road section according to the perceived road traffic information, obtains the overall connectivity of the road section according to the connectivity of the three parts of the road section, and performs comprehensive real-time scoring on the road section in combination with the road length and the road average driving speed.
