Abstract

The invention discloses a motor stator structure where a heat pipe and an iron core are integrated. The motor stator structure comprises a winding assembly, an iron core assembly and a heat pipe radiator assembly, wherein the iron core assembly is formed by stacking silicon steel sheets or other soft magnetic materials; the heat pipe radiator has a cross-sectional shape at an endothermic end consistent with the shape of an iron core lamination; the endothermic ends are evenly embedded in the iron core assembly and in the axial upper and lower ends of the iron core assembly; the winding assembly is wound around the stator teeth of the motor and the endothermic ends of the heat pipe assembly; the endothermic ends of the heat pipe radiator are in direct contact with the iron core assembly andthe winding assembly, and absorb heat generated when the motor operates. A plurality of L-shaped heat-conducting pipes are disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the heat pipe radiator assembly, and are in one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of endothermic ends of the heat pipe radiator. Each L-shaped heat-conducting pipe is bent in the axial direction, and ribs are installed onthe tail ends of respective L-shaped heat-conducting pipes at the endothermic ends. The motor stator structure can improve the heat dissipation capability of a motor body, reduces the temperature riseof the winding, and further improves the efficiency and long-term operation reliability of a motor system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of motors, in particular to a motor stator structure in which heat pipes and iron cores are integrated. Background technique [0002] With the advancement of permanent magnet materials, soft magnetic materials, power electronic devices and other technologies, the power density and torque density of motor systems are getting higher and higher. In the ship propulsion system, the application of high power density and high torque density motor system is more and more extensive. On the one hand, the increase of the output torque of the motor is inseparable from the increase of the current in the motor winding. On the other hand, in the case of the same volume or weight, if you want to increase the output power of the motor, you can achieve it by increasing the speed of the motor. These two technical approaches will increase the loss of the motor body and cause the motor to heat up. If the lost heat cannot be d...
