The embodiment of the invention discloses an atmospheric pollution source analysis method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The atmospheric pollution source analysis method comprises the following steps: dividing each source class in an emission list of an area into sub-source classes; simulating the emission and diffusion processes of sub-source classes in each source class in an emission list of an area by using a CALPUFF model to obtain a pollution contribution ratio of each sub-source class of the area to a receptor point; carrying out source analysis of a CMB model onthe region by utilizing the source component spectrum and the receptor component data to obtain pollution contribution proportions of various sources of the region; and coupling the pollution contribution ratio of each sub-source class to the receptor point obtained by simulation of the CALPUFF model with the pollution contribution ratio of each sub-source class of the region obtained by the CMBmodel, and establishing a refined source analysis result.
