The invention provides a battery helium detection clamping mechanism which comprises a base, a positioning assembly for positioning a battery, an upper sealing assembly for sealing and pressing a battery, a helium injecting assembly for injecting helium to the battery, and a first power assembly for providing power for movement of the helium injecting assembly. The positioning assembly, the uppersealing assembly and the helium injecting assembly are arranged on the base; a positioning chamber for positioning the battery is arranged on the positioning assembly; a push block is arranged on theouter part of the positioning chamber; and an elastic piece capable of being abutted against the upper sealing assembly when the battery is sealed through the upper sealing assembly is arranged at oneend of the push block. According to the battery helium detection clamping mechanism, the push block and the elastic piece are arranged at one end of the battery, so that the magnitude of the sealingpressure of a helium injection port is controlled, and the sealing performance of the helium injection part is ensured under the circumstance of guaranteeing that the battery is non-deformed.
