Abstract

The tester comprises an experimental cylinder and an auxiliary measurement structure, a hydraulic system realizesradial change of the rubber sleeve to be tested, so that the rubber sleeve makes contact with a stepped shaft and a cylinder, water inlet and outlet pipes are used to pressurize and heat the bottom ofthe cylinder, and loading in real condition is simulated; in the test process, pressure fluctuation of a pressure meter is used to determine a leakage position rapidly; and after sealing performancetest, the morphology of the auxiliary measurement structure is observed to obtain contact deformation conditions of inner-ring and outer-ring surfaces of the rubber sleeve to be tested.
