Abstract

The invention discloses a device for detecting and removing bubbles during sample introduction. The device comprises a feeding barrel, a first sensor, an accommodating cavity, a pump and a control assembly. The accommodating cavity is provided with an input end and an output end, the feeding barrel comprises a barrel body and a barrel head having a section size smaller than that of the barrel body, and the feeding barrel is connected with the input end by means of the barrel head. The pump is connected with the output end, the first sensor is arranged at the barrel head position for detectingair bubbles, and the pump and the first sensor are connected with the control assembly. The device for detecting and removing bubbles during sample introduction has the advantages of simple structure,high efficiency and practicality, and effectively ensures the addition amount of a liquid material. Accordingly, a method applying the device for detecting and removing bubbles during sample introduction comprises the steps of: detecting a liquid flow at the barrel head position by means of the first sensor, wherein the sensitivity is high since the section size of the barrel head position is small; and activating the pump for reverse pushing after detecting the bubbles, pushing out the bubbles to the barrel body and eliminating the bubbles. The method is simple and convenient in process. Themethod and the device are used in the field of liquid sample collection and detection.
