The device comprises a shell, a filter screen,a support mechanism, a drive and control device, a heating device, an air particle concentration detection device, a temperature detection device and an angle detection device. The device intelligently adjusts the opening rate of the filter screen, and then adjusts the resistance coefficients of the filter screen and the system by utilizing deformation and the memory effect of the shape memory polymer according to real-time detected air particle size data, on the condition that the dust preventing requirements are met, the resistance coefficient is lowered to the maximum extent, and the heat dissipation performance of the system is improved.
