Abstract

The invention discloses application of a cotton GhCAL-D07 gene in promotion of plant blooming and belongs to the technical field of plant gene engineering. The GhCAL-D07 gene comprises a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:1 and can code a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:2. According to the application, through a transgenic technology, an arabidopsis plant with the trans-GhCAL-D07 gene is obtained, so that blooming of the arabidopsis is obviously advanced.
