A prescription drug selling method based on artificial intelligence comprises the following steps of identifying the identity of a user by an automatic drug selling machine; diagnosing a user; performing feedback of a prescription to the user according to a diagnosis result; selecting a corresponding prescription drug for the user according to the prescription obtained through diagnosis; re-checking the selected prescription drug; and transferring the prescription drug to the user according to a result obtained through re-checking. Through mutual cooperation and mutual action of each module onthe automatic drug selling machine, the user can perform diagnosis according to the self actual requirement for obtaining the corresponding electronic prescription and the prescription drug. Througha 5G network and video identification, quick diagnosis and data acquisition of the user are realized. The system further has a re-checking function for ensuring a fact that the user acquires the accurate drug. User identity identification requires integration of three modes of face information, identity card of mobile phone binding. The identity and the information of the user can be accurately identified, thereby performing corresponding diagnosis.
