Abstract

The invention discloses a solid-state total reflection displayer and a fabrication method thereof and a display device. The solid-state total reflection displayer comprises a driving circuit layer, aheating layer and a pixel function layer, wherein the heating layer and the pixel function layer are sequentially laminated on the driving circuit layer; a plurality of pixel structures in the pixel function layer are arranged in arrays, and the pixel structures comprise reflective layers, resonant cavity layers, phase-change material layers and transparent cover layers which are sequentially laminated; a plurality of light adjustment structures are arranged between the two adjacent pixel structure in the row direction or the column direction of the arrays; and each light adjustment structureis in a concave shape towards the incident side of the ambient light of the solid-state total reflection displayer, thus the reflection path of part of the ambient light emitted into each light adjustment structure changes, but part of the ambient light can not be emitted out of the light adjustment structures or the range of visibility of users, thus the light entering the human eyes is reduced,the contrast of the solid-state total reflection displayer is improved by darkening around the pixel structures, andthen the display effect of the total reflection displayer is improved.
