Abstract

According to the system of the invention, the problems that alaser head and a connecting plate part in a first-generation laser tracking measurement system have large mass, the rotational motion precision is low, the optical path layout is unreasonable, and alimit installation position is unreasonable, which affect the measurement precision are overcome, and a new laser tracking measurement system design scheme is proposed. A second-generation laser tracking measurement system comprises an optical path carrying platform, a weight balancing device, a pitching motion drive platform, a standard ball fine adjustment device, and a rotational motion drive platform. The laser tracking measurement system with the counterweight balance by taking the standard ball as the reflection device provided by the invention simultaneously reduces the requirement forthe axis precision, and the measurement accuracy is superior to that of conventional laser tracking measurement equipment under the same processing condition and processing cost.
